All chocolate we use is hand-tempered in the traditional way on a marble slab. 

We also believe in being as socially and environmentally responsible as possible, so we only use chocolate that is certified by

FLO-CERT, the independent international fairtrade certification body, to produce a range of fairtrade cocoa and artisan chocolates.
